Health Bloom Wellness Clinics is looking for a compassionate, responsible and skilled nursing professional to support our outpatient department (OPD), patient care services and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct initial patient assessments, monitor vital signs and provide routine nursing care.
2. Administer prescribed medicines and injections, perform ECGs and collect RT-PCR samples when required and within the scope of practice.
3. Perform blood draws, phlebotomy and peripheral venous cannulation.
4. Collect, label, store and dispatch laboratory specimens appropriately.
5. Assist patients throughout their visit and provide attentive, high-quality outpatient care.
6. Perform instrument cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation as per clinical protocols.
7. Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
8. Manage OPD consumables, clinical supplies and stock records.
9. Coordinate patient care, doctor consultations, investigations and referrals.
10. Maintain accurate patient records and support routine administrative duties.

Provide home nursing assistance when required and mutually agreed.
12. Perform additional clinical, homevisit or operational duties as assigned.

Eligibility

- Qualification: ANM / GNM / Diploma in Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing.
- Relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of phlebotomy, cannulation, ECG and infection control.
- Knowledge of biomedical waste management and clinical documentation.
- Valid nursing registration, as applicable.

- Work Schedule : Rotational and break shifts
