Positions: Hindi Teacher and Transport In-Charge

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: As per school requirement

Experience: 2–5 Years preferred

Salary: As per experience and school norms

1. Hindi TeacherQualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Hindi; B.Ed. preferred or as required by the school.

Responsibilities:

- Teach Hindi language, grammar, reading, writing, and literature according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
- Develop students’ Hindi communication and language skills.
- Monitor academic progress and maintain student records.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
- Communicate students’ progress to parents and participate in school activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong command of Hindi language and grammar.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Effective lesson planning and student engagement abilities.

2. Transport In-ChargeQualification: Graduate preferred, with relevant experience in transport management or school administration.

Responsibilities:





- Manage daily school transportation operations and bus schedules.
- Plan and monitor routes, pickup points, and drop-off timings.
- Coordinate with drivers, attendants, parents, and school management.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and required documentation.
- Maintain records of vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance, and transport expenses.
- Ensure student safety during boarding, transportation, and drop-off.
- Address transport-related complaints and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable school transport safety requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of school transport operations and route planning.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to student safety.
- Basic computer skills and record management.
