Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Doctor Relations & Referral Development

About the Role

Royal Dental is looking for a proactive, field-oriented professional to build relationships with doctors, hospitals and healthcare institutions and develop a robust patient referral network. The primary responsibility will be to visit doctors regularly, introduce Royal Dental’s services and clinical expertise, and coordinate referrals for patients requiring dental and oral-maxillofacial care. The ideal candidate should have experience in doctor outreach, hospital business development or medical representative work.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare institutions regularly to introduce Royal Dental and establish referral relationships.
- Build relationships with general physicians and specialists, including ENT surgeons, oncologists, orthopaedic surgeons and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Explain Royal Dental’s services, treatment capabilities and referral process using approved brochures, doctor profiles and case presentations.
- Identify opportunities for referrals involving dental implants, full-mouth rehabilitation,



oral cancer rehabilitation, jaw conditions, TMJ concerns and general dental care.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with existing contacts and develop new professional relationships.
- Coordinate referred patients’ appointments with the reception and clinical teams.
- Facilitate communication between referring doctors and Royal Dental’s clinical team, including treatment updates where authorised by the patient.
- Arrange introductory meetings, clinic visits and educational interactions between doctors and Royal Dental’s team.
- Represent Royal Dental professionally at healthcare meetings, conferences and networking events.
- Collect feedback from referring doctors and help improve the referral experience.

Planning, Administration & Reporting

- Prepare weekly visit plans and maintain records of doctor visits, discussions and follow-up actions.
- Update the CRM with contact details, relationship status, referrals received and next steps.
- Track outreach activity, active referring doctors, patient
