Job Overview

- Role: HVAC Site Supervisor
- Location: On-site (Commercial / Residential / Industrial Projects)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Reports To: Project Manager / Project Engineer
- Supervises: HVAC Technicians, Foremen, Fitters, Welders, and Subcontractors

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise installations of various HVAC and ventilation systems based on approved drawings.
- Team & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate daily tasks, manage personnel, and oversee specialized on-site contractors.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with other trade teams to resolve conflicts and monitor schedules.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform system inspections,



pressure testing, and commissioning per industry standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict HSE protocols and enforce proper PPE usage.
- Progress Reporting: Track inventory, document progress, and assist with billing records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education & Trade Certification: Relevant diploma, degree, or trade certification in mechanical/electrical fields or HVAC.
- Experience: Several years of supervisory background in HVAC construction.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical specs, and schematics.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
