Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Telecalling & Sales Executive, you will:

1. Customer Calling: Connect with potential customers through telephone calls, incoming enquiries and company-provided leads.
2. Product Explanation: Explain BLook's digital products and services in a simple, professional and convincing manner.
3. Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements, answer questions and build positive relationships.
4. Lead Generation: Identify interested customers and develop potential business opportunities.
5. Sales & Conversions: Follow up with interested customers, assist with the sales process and help convert enquiries into registrations and paid subscriptions.
6. WhatsApp & Email Communication: Share product information, demonstrations, registration links and follow-up messages.
7. Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through online registrations and coordinate with the relevant team when additional assistance is required.
8. CRM Updates: Maintain customer interaction details, follow-ups and sales progress in the company's CRM system.

Team Coordination: Work with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Candidate RequirementsGood spoken English is compulsory.
- Hindi and/or Marathi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with confidence and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, inside sales, banking, insurance, fintech or digital products will be advantageous.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and email.
- Good listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and confidence in interacting with customers.
- Comfortable working in an office-based, performance-oriented sales environment.
