Job Description – Telecaller

Job Location: Swargate / Bibwewadi / shindewadi , Pune

Department: Sales / Customer Relationship Management

Position:

- Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate sales leads and schedule customer visits at the dealership.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle enquiries, test drives, bookings, and sales.
- Inform customers about offers, schemes, current vehicle launches, and promotions.
- Maintain customer calling records and update follow-up details.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with existing customers for service reminders and customer feedback, as required.
- Achieve daily calling targets and support the sales team in meeting business targets.
- Candidate Requirements

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
