Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Executives who can communicate fluently in Telugu, Hindi, and English. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients, explain services, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer/patient calls.
- Explain clinic services, treatments, and appointment procedures.
- Follow up with patients and generate leads through outbound calls.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinic teams.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM.
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure patient satisfaction.




- Achieve assigned daily and monthly call targets.

Required Skills

- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / Intermediate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
