1. Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Juice Maker who can prepare fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, and other beverages while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

- 2. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare fresh fruit juices, smoothies, milkshakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per the menu.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and other ingredients before use.
- Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, mixers, and other beverage-making equipment.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice counter, kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Check the freshness and quality of fruits, vegetables, milk, and other ingredients.
- Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor about low stock or wastage.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper food storage practices.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of customer orders.
- Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.
- Minimize ingredient wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer requests politely and professionally.
- Follow the store's opening,



closing, and cleaning checklists.
- 3. Required Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience as a Juice Maker, Beverage Maker, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, and beverage preparation.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and ingredient storage.
- Ability to operate juicers, blenders, and related equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
- Punctual, disciplined, and customer-oriented.

- Order preparation time.

- 5. Working ConditionsWork at the assigned outlet or kitchen.
- Follow the roster and shift timings assigned by management.
- Maintain proper uniform, personal hygiene, and qualified conduct.
- Perform additional duties related to beverage operations as assigned by the reporting manager.

Note: The employee is expected to follow all company policies, food safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
