About MatriMatri is a fast-growing women’s wellness brand on a mission to make menstrual wellness more accessible, comfortable, and empowering.

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editor & Cinematographer who can turn ideas into engaging, high-quality visual content.

About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing compelling video content for Matri’s social media platforms, digital advertisements, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who understands storytelling, visual aesthetics, social media trends, and what makes people stop scrolling.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Post-Production

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, digital ads, product videos, and brand campaigns.
- Create engaging videos with strong hooks, smooth transitions, captions, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Edit UGC-style videos, testimonials, and influencer content.
- Optimise videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

Videography & Content Production

- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor video shoots.
- Shoot product demonstrations, lifestyle content, interviews, and social media reels.
- Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, composition, and audio.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with social media strategists, graphic designers, and marketing teams.
- Contribute fresh video concepts, storytelling ideas,



and creative formats.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques, and viral content formats.
- Experiment with different video styles to improve engagement and advertising performance.
- Skills & RequirementsProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
- Working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, and audio recording.
- Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, colour grading, and visual composition.
- Ability to independently manage shoots and editing assignments.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools is an advantage.
