Lead Generation, business growth though calls, social media & New Lead for the Company

Contacting potential clients via email, chat, phone and other mediums

Provide Online software demonstration, installation and self-support to the clients

Improvement in customer satisfaction.

Follow ups and after sales support for 3 months for the current clients

Secondary Job

Handle software related customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit

Contribution in providing technical support to the customers.

Skills

Should have good marketing skills as well as technical knowledge

Good with written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills and with pleasing personality.

Basic knowledge of Computer.
