Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with individuals who have already expressed interest in our stock market courses. No cold calling is required.

You will be responsible for explaining course details, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth conversions from leads to enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with potential students who have shown interest in our courses.

Provide clear and accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules.

Handle queries professionally and build strong rapport with prospective students.

Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in the system.

Work towards achieving enrollment and revenue targets.





Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth onboarding of students.

Requirements

Minimum Experience: 6 months in sales/telecalling/customer service.

Languages:

Mandatory – Kannada

Preferred – English, Hindi, Tamil

Valuable communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections confidently and convert leads.

Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM updates.

Work Details

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days/week

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + attractive incentives
