Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month

About the role

Fraagleam, a growing fashion jewellery brand, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online business operations.

Responsibilities

- Upload and manage product listings on Shopify and online marketplaces.
- Manage product catalogues, images, descriptions, pricing and inventory.
- Handle orders, dispatches, cancellations and returns.
- Monitor seller accounts and resolve listing or operational issues.
- Maintain sales and inventory reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Requirements

- Practical knowledge of e-commerce operations.
- Shopify or marketplace experience is preferred.
- Valuable computer skills and basic Excel knowledge.
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
