Hiring: Head of Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a young, hands-on finance professional to take complete ownership of the company's finance, accounting, cash flow, budgeting, cost control, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should combine strong financial execution with a business-owner mindset and work closely with the Founder/CEO to drive profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, banking, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Own daily cash flow, fund planning, payment schedules, and working capital management.
- Prepare budgets and monitor COGS, raw materials, operating expenses, salaries, and other costs.
- Track budget deviations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve profitability.
- Prepare timely monthly MIS, financial reports, and real-time dashboards.
- Manage statutory compliances, taxation, audits, and coordination with CAs and auditors.
- Handle banking relationships, NBFCs, lenders, and financial documentation.
- Build robust financial controls,



systems, and processes to support business growth.

Requirements

- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
- A proactive, accountable, and commercially minded professional who takes complete ownership.
