- Coordinate with the sales teamand management.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Solid negotiation andcustomer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel andCRM software is an advantage.
- Confidence, a positive attitude, anda target-oriented mindset.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Answer incoming customer callsand inquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers,and company information.
- Generate leads and schedule appointmentsfor the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain daily call records and updatecustomer information.
- Achieve daily calling targets andlead-generation goals.
- Handle customer objections professionallyand politely.
