We prefer candidates who have previously worked in a digital marketing agency, social media marketing company or advertising agency and understand the daily creative requirements of social media clients.

Candidates whose experience is limited to printing, flex banners, wedding albums or general graphic design, without practical social media marketing creative experience, may not be suitable for this role.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing or social media agency.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Canva is an advantage.
- Practical experience designing social media posts and digital advertising creatives.
- Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram creative formats.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet daily or weekly deadlines.
- Valuable visual sense, typography, colour selection and layout skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating actual social media and advertising design work is required.
