Qualification: B Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 15 Years

Salary: Up to ₹75,000 CTC per month, based on experience and suitability

Reporting To: Director / Plant Head

Our one of reputed spring and automotive manufacturing company is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead Quality Assurance and New Product Development (NPD) activities in the manufacturing of automotive, industrial and precision springs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance, quality control and new product development activities.

Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer specifications.

Monitor manufacturing processes, conduct inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Handle customer complaints, audits, quality documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with production,



engineering and other departments to reduce rejection and improve product quality.

Oversee new product trials, process validation and successful product launches.

Ensure effective implementation and use of AITF software for quality-related activities, as applicable.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing processes and automotive ancillary products.

Experience in quality management and new product development.

Excellent problem-solving, team management and customer-handling skills.

Proven ability to improve quality standards and manufacturing efficiency.
