? Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and provide professional assistance.

- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a polite and timely manner.

- Maintain proper communication with customers through calls and other channels.

- Record customer details and update information in the system.

- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

- Maintain a positive and qualified customer experience.

? Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree

- Freshers can apply.

- Previous BPO / Customer Support / Customer Care experience is an added advantage.

- Good communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam and English.

- Basic computer knowledge is required.





- Candidates should be comfortable handling customer calls.

? Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20000 – ₹220000 per month
