About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations & Marketing Manager to manage and grow two boutique hotels located in the Uttarakhand Himalayas. The candidate will be based in Noida and will oversee hotel operations, online property management, sales, marketing, revenue generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and monitor the overall performance and operations of both hotels.
- Manage online hotel listings and extranets on MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, Airbnb, and other OTA platforms.
- Update room rates, availability, inventory, offers, photos, descriptions, and booking policies across online platforms.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, guest enquiries, online payments, and OTA commissions.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase room occupancy, direct bookings, revenue, and profitability.
- Drive business through digital marketing, social media, WhatsApp, travel agents, corporate tie-ups, and tour operators.
- Implement pricing and revenue management strategies for seasonal and off-season demand.
- Monitor guest reviews, ratings, customer satisfaction, and online reputation.
- Coordinate with on-site teams and visit both properties periodically to review operations and service standards.
- Track occupancy,



revenue, marketing performance, and expenses through regular reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies for sustainable growth.

Candidate Requirements :

- 8–10 years of experience in hotel management, hospitality marketing, sales, or business development.
- Hands-on experience managing hotel properties on MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, and other OTA extranets is essential.
- Proven experience improving hotel occupancy, online visibility, room revenue, and profitability.
- Knowledge of OTA rate plans, inventory management, promotions, online reputation management, and revenue optimization.
- Experience managing boutique hotels, resorts, or multiple properties preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage hotel teams remotely while being based in Noida.
