Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and confident candidates to join our team as Telesales Executives in the Health Insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.

Skills Required:





- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in sales and customer handling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hindi communication skills.

Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Health insurance sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
