- Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams for vehicle loading and dispatch planning.
- Ensure correct SKU-wise quantity, batch details, and stock availability before dispatch.
- Monitor vehicle loading, unloading, and turnaround time.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans, and vehicle movement registers.
- Ensure proper utilization of cages, pallets, and other returnable packaging materials.
- Monitor finished goods stock and follow FIFO procedures.
- Track vehicle placement, loading status, and pending dispatches.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the dispatch area.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and report shortages, delays, and operational issues to management.
