Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily operations on the footwear assembly and production line to ensure targets are met.

- Monitor product quality at each stage of production and maintain strict adherence to quality standards.

- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and floor teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and SKUs.

- Supervise floor workers, optimize line balance, and minimize wastage or production delays.

- Maintain logs, track daily output metrics, and report operational bottlenecks directly to management.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in footwear manufacturing, line management, or assembly supervision.

- Solid knowledge of footwear construction processes, materials, and quality control techniques.

- Excellent team handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
