? HIRING – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT | E-COMMERCE FIRM

? Location: Mumbai

? Salary: ₹25,000–₹28,000/month

? Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years of Relevant Accounting Experience

⚠️ STRICT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Only candidates with proven, hands-on experience in accounting operations will be considered. Freshers, trainees, and candidates with only theoretical knowledge should NOT apply. E-commerce accounting experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries in Tally/Tally Prime.

• Verify invoices, bills, credit notes, and debit notes.

• Manage petty cash, cash expenses, and cash reconciliation.

• Prepare salary sheets and maintain payroll records.

• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and outstanding payments.





• Perform bank and customer/vendor ledger reconciliation.

• Manage GST entries, ITC reconciliation, GST returns, and compliance.

• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate books of accounts.

Mandatory Skills:

✅ Strong practical knowledge of GST and GST returns.

✅ Hands-on experience with Tally/Tally Prime.

✅ Excellent MS Excel skills – formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation.

✅ Proven experience in daily accounting, petty cash, salary processing, and bank reconciliation.
