Experience: Minimum 2–3 years

Job Description:

Provide theoretical and practical training in solar panel installation and maintenance.

Demonstrate solar panel wiring, electrical connections, installation techniques, and troubleshooting.

Train students in the secure handling of tools and equipment and follow electrical safety standards.

Conduct practical demonstrations, monitor student performance, and assess their technical skills.

Maintain training records and support students in developing industry-relevant skills.
