Job Title: Team Leader – Visa Processing Department: Immigration & Visa Services

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Visa Processing to manage and supervise a team of 10 employees in our immigration office. The ideal candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of visa categories, immigration rules, and visa application procedures for multiple countries. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, application processing, client coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and manage a team of 10 visa consultants and processing staff.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of visa processes, requirements, and documentation for multiple countries.
- Handle tourist, visit, business, work, student, and other relevant visa categories.
- Ensure visa applications are processed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Guide team members on complex cases, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, targets, and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with the latest immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and visa regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, embassies, consulates, authorized visa centers, and relevant service providers.
- Handle escalated client queries, complaints, and complicated visa cases professionally.
- Conduct team training, provide guidance, and improve staff performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on application status and team productivity.
- Maintain proper records, follow up on pending applications, and ensure excellent customer service.




- Support management in achieving business targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in an immigration office, visa consultancy, or visa processing company.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes and documentation requirements for multiple countries.
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team, preferably 10 or more employees.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Solid client-handling and complaint-resolution skills.
- Good computer skills, documentation management, and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of current visa regulations and the ability to keep up with policy changes.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in UAE-based immigration or visa consultancy operations.
- Knowledge of major destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, and Asian countries.
- Experience in team management, quality control, client relations, and operational reporting.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Team productivity and achievement of targets.
- Accuracy and timely processing of visa applications.
- Client satisfaction and quality of service.
