Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to identify potential customers, generate leads, conduct face-to-face meetings, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable travelling for client meetings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers through field visits and networking.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Update daily sales activities, client meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to close deals.




- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- EligibilityExperience: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience.
- Education: Any graduate preferred.
- Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred.
- Other Requirement: Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling for business meetings.
