Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive who can identify potential clients, generate leads, conduct sales meetings, and close deals for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead GenerationIdentify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline regularly.
- Sales & Client AcquisitionConduct discovery calls and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and business goals.
- Present company services and customized marketing solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service packages.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Follow up with leads consistently.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.




- Reporting & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Update CRM systems regularly.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

- Confidence in handling client meetings and presentations.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Preferred QualificationsGraduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agency Sales is preferred.
