### Job Description

* Connect with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable driving programs.

* Convert leads into enrolled customers.

* Follow up with interested customers and manage the sales pipeline.

* Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales trackers.

* Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding.

* Upsell RTO assistance and car ownership solutions.

### Requirements

* 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.





* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Fluency in English and Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage).

* Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.

* Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.

* Ability to handle objections and build customer relationships.

Salary : upto 35k

Shifts : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
