We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible and customer-focused Field Support Executives to join our growing healthcare team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and removal of Holter, ELR, ABPM and Sleep Study devices at patients' homes.
- Patient counselling and demonstration of diagnostic devices.
- Coordination with doctors, hospitals and patients.
- Timely uploading of patient diagnostic data.
- Maintaining device hygiene, safety and inventory.
- Updating CRM records and submitting daily field reports.
- Ensuring excellent patient experience and adherence to company SOPs.
- Candidate RequirementsQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma in a healthcare-related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible schedule.
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics or medical devices is an advantage.
