Core Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in clients, conduct consultations, and provide personalized styling or product advice.
- Sales & Targets: Drive revenue to meet or exceed monthly and campaign-specific sales quotas.
- Order & Account Management: Handle billing, custom measurements, product quality checks and follow-ups for deliveries.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain clean floor displays, track stock levels, and support visual merchandising guidelines.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current fashion trends, fabric types, garment construction, and seasonal collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 4+ years in fashion retail, apparel sales, luxury boutiques, or customer-facing roles.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, MS Excel, and digital payment handling.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, active listening, negotiation, and a customer-first mindset.
