- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Batching Operations:
- Support the batch operator in feeding raw materials (cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures) to hoppers and silos.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production.
- Loading Support:
- Assist in positioning and guiding transit mixers during loading.
- Help check the proper discharge of concrete into trucks.
- Plant Cleaning & Housekeeping:
- Clean mixers, conveyors, hoppers, and other plant equipment after each batch.
- Maintain general cleanliness of the plant area, ensuring secure and clutter-free surroundings.
- Material Handling:

- Unload and store incoming raw materials.
- Refill admixture tanks and monitor usage under supervision.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Report unsafe conditions, leaks, or machinery faults to supervisors.
- Miscellaneous Duties:
- Assist maintenance personnel during plant shutdown or routine maintenance.
- Perform other related duties as instructed by the supervisor or plant in-charge.
