Role OverviewWe are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Sales Executives to engage with prospective customers, understand their insurance requirements, and recommend suitable insurance products. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills and a results-driven approach to sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls to promote insurance products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain insurance products, benefits, coverage, and policy features.
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
- Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory,



along with good English communication skills.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in telesales, sales, or customer acquisition will be preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance sales will be an added advantage.
