Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, source qualified candidates, and support hiring requirements across the organisation.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in the metals, mining, iron and steel, manufacturing, professional services, or recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.

* Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

* Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring reports.

* Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.





* Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per business requirements.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for future hiring needs.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma holder.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment experience; freshers will not be considered.

* Basic English communication skills are required.

* Previous industry experience in metals, mining, iron and steel, manufacturing, professional services, or HR recruitment is preferred.

* Good communication, coordination, sourcing, and candidate-management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
