Job SummaryNexa Elevator Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company's growing workforce. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle recruitment for service engineers, elevator technicians, sales executives, and other corporate positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.




- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultancies and external hiring partners.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and other HR activities as required.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
- Experience recruiting technical and field-service roles is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, job portals, and recruitment tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
- Strong coordination and candidate relationship management skills.
