Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates for the Telecalling Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) position in Madurai.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan and credit card payments.

- Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and repayment commitments.

- Explain repayment options and coordinate with customers for timely payments.

- Maintain daily calling records and update collection reports.

- Communicate professionally with customers and handle their queries.

- Achieve assigned calling and collection targets.





- Follow company policies and customer communication guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Both male and female candidates can apply.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, sales, or debt collection are preferred.

- Positive communication skills in Tamil are required.

- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
