Job Title : Inside Sales Executive

1. Receive and process customer enquiries through email, telephone, WhatsApp, and the sales team.
2. Understand customer requirements, including product specifications, dimensions, quantities, applications, and delivery expectations.
3. Study customer drawings, specifications, and product requirements.
4. Prepare technical comparison sheets and identify suitable alternative products wherever applicable.
5. Follow up with customers on submitted quotations through email and telephone.
6. Maintain regular communication with customers until the enquiry reaches a final outcome.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
