- Job ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for timely loan repayments and overdue collections.
- Visit customers in the field for payment collection and repayment follow-ups.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and resolve payment-related queries.
- Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and payment status.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth collection operations.
- Submit daily collection reports and update customer information.




- Follow company policies and professional standards during collection activities.
- Eligibility CriteriaAge between 21 and 30 years.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
