Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Executive / Business Manager with experience in Direct Selling Agent (DSA) handling, business development, and sourcing of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, real estate agents, and other referral partners to generate quality loan leads and achieve business targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSAs, connectors, builders, real estate agents, and direct customer channels.
- Manage existing DSA relationships and onboard new DSA partners to increase business volume.
- Generate fresh loan leads and convert them into successful loan disbursements.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for login, documentation, credit assessment, sanction, and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers, DSAs, and banking teams to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Develop current business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.




- Understand customer requirements, property documents, income profiles, and credit eligibility.
- Achieve monthly business sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Maintain regular business reports and update the sales pipeline.
- Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) is preferred.
- Strong DSA handling and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to source loan business and generate leads.
- Good knowledge of banks, NBFCs, loan products, and the loan processing cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Experience in banking, financial services, DSA, or loan sales will be an advantage.
