Responsibilities:

* Water indoor plants according to their specific requirements.

* Prune, trim, and remove dry or damaged leaves.

* Clean plant leaves and pots to maintain a fresh appearance.

* Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and treatments when required.

* Monitor plants for pests, diseases, and signs of poor health.

* Replace, repot, or rearrange plants as needed.

* Maintain proper soil moisture, drainage, and plant placement.

* Recommend suitable plants and care methods for indoor spaces.





* Keep gardening tools and work areas clean and organized.

* Report plant health issues and maintenance requirements promptly.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in gardening or indoor plant maintenance.

* Knowledge of common indoor plants and outdoor plants their care requirements.

* Ability to identify pests, diseases, and plant health problems.

* Good physical fitness and attention to detail.

* Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
