1. 1. Job ResponsibilitiesOperate VMC machines for production as per approved drawings and work instructions.
2. Perform machine setting, job loading/unloading, and tool setting as per requirements.
3. Understand and follow engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining instructions.
4. Check first-piece components and perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
5. Use vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
6. Monitor machining cycles, tool wear, and machine performance during production.
7. Maintain production targets as per the daily production plan.
8. Identify and report machine abnormalities, tool breakage, and quality issues to the supervisor.
9. Maintain component quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
10. Follow 5S, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards at the workplace.
11. Maintain production records, rejection reports, and shift handover details.
12. Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, fixtures, and components.
