- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Handling & People Management: Lead, manage, motivate, and coordinate team members to achieve organizational objectives.
- Training & Development: Train and groom team members by improving their knowledge, communication, confidence, and professional skills.
- Team Building: Identify suitable candidates, support team expansion, and help build a strong and productive team.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, review progress, and provide regular guidance and feedback.
- Mentoring & Leadership: Guide team members, resolve work-related challenges, and encourage a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Team Coordination: Maintain regular communication with team members and ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
- Employee Engagement: Motivate team members, support their professional growth,



and encourage long-term association.
- Reporting & Follow-up: Maintain team progress updates and provide necessary reports to the reporting manager.

- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Prior experience in team handling, recruitment, training or people management is an advantage.
