Job Responsibilities

* Call potential candidates and onboard recent insurance advisors.

* Explain the advisor business opportunity and onboarding process.

* Assist eligible candidates with PAN, Aadhaar and education document submission.

* Follow up with onboarded advisors to help them complete the required training and achieve their first sale.

* Maintain daily onboarding, activation and follow-up reports.

Eligibility





* Minimum 12th pass preferred; candidates meeting the applicable advisor eligibility criteria may also be considered.

* Good communication skills in Hindi; basic smartphone and computer knowledge.

* Sales, telecalling, recruitment or banking experience is an advantage.

* Target-oriented candidates with a willingness to learn.
