Key Responsibilities
• Fault Diagnosis: Analyze error codes, check DC link voltage, and test power circuits, gate driver boards, and IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) modules.
• Component-Level Repair: Replace damaged capacitors, rectifier bridges, ics, relays, or printed circuit boards (PCBs) on the bench.
• Programming & Calibration: Configure drive parameters (ramp times, frequency settings, and motor overload protection) and integrate VFDs with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems
