About the Role

Victories Recruitment is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and organised Female HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage recruitment activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

- Contact candidates, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews.

- Coordinate with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.

- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

- Support recruitment for domestic and international job opportunities.

- Handle basic HR documentation and daily administrative tasks.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Female candidates are invited to apply.

- Any graduate can apply; freshers are welcome.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office 365, including Word and Excel.

- Good organisational, interpersonal, and management skills.

- A qualified attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
