? About the Role :

We’re looking for a confident, pleasant, presentable, and energetic HR professional who wants to do more than a conventional HR desk job.

You’ll work directly with the CEO & Founder and play an active role in building teams, hiring talent, supporting business initiatives and contributing to our growing EdTech activities.

This is a hands-on startup role — rapid-paced, dynamic and execution-focused.

- ? What You’ll DoHandle end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Source, screen, interview and coordinate candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Work closely with the CEO on team building and hiring initiatives.
- Support employee onboarding and basic HR operations.
- Assist the CEO with business support, meetings, events and special assignments.
- Support EdTech promotions, college outreach and student engagement.
- Participate in recruitment drives, client interactions and business activities.
- Travel whenever required for business needs.

- Strong recruitment and candidate-handling skills.
