We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, generate leads, and support the company's sales and marketing activities through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
- Plan and publish regular posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent online activity.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally.

2. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

- Assist in planning, running, and monitoring Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate enquiries for school picnics, corporate outings, day packages, family visits, events, and resort bookings.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the telecalling and sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up.

3. Content Creation & Branding

- Create attractive promotional creatives, banners, posters, reels,



and short videos.
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing/design applications.
- Capture or coordinate photography and videography of resort facilities, activities, events, and guest experiences.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

4. Website & Online Reputation Management

- Update and maintain Google Business Profile and Google Posts.
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews professionally.
- Assist with website content updates, SEO activities, keyword research, and online listing management.
- Support the management of online travel and business directories where required.

5. Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare daily and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Track leads generated through each platform and maintain accurate records in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analyse engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, enquiries, and campaign performance.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign results and customer responses.
