Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and responsible male candidates to join our team as Field Collection Executives. The role involves customer visits, payment follow-ups, and collection activities while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits for payment collection and EMI follow-ups.

- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.

- Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships.

- Work towards achieving assigned collection targets.

- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.

- Submit daily collection reports and updates to the reporting manager.





- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and qualified standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.

- Knowledge of local areas is an added advantage.

- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

- Experience in banking, credit card collections, loan recovery, or field collections is an added advantage.

- DRA certification is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
