Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist with reconciliations, and ensure timely documentation of financial transactions.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
2. Maintain accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
3. Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation.
4. Verify purchase bills, expense claims, and payment records.
5. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
6. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation and filing activities.
7. Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
8. Monitor and maintain outlet-wise sales, expenses, and accounting records.
9. Coordinate with outlet managers and vendors for bills, invoices, and pending payments.
10.



Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure data accuracy.
11. Assist the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting activities.
12. Perform other finance and accounts-related duties assigned by management.

- Required Qualifications & SkillsB.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred; freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred CandidateA disciplined and enthusiastic candidate who can maintain accurate records, handle routine accounting tasks, and support the finance team efficiently. Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
