Germin8Germin8 is a Virtual CFO and finance advisory firm helping startups manage finance, accounting, compliance and growth.

The Role

Work with the founder on accounting, financial reporting and compliance for startup clients. Gain practical experience with real business transactions and finance processes.

- ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts using Zoho Books and Tally Prime.
- Record transactions and reconcile bank, vendor and customer balances.
- Assist with GST and TDS workings, return preparation and compliance tracking.
- Support month-end closing, financial statements and management reports.
- Organise invoices, supporting documents and audit schedules.
- Use Excel and AI tools to improve routine finance workflows.

Who Can Apply

B.Com, BBA, M.Com, ACCA, CMA or MBA (Finance), CA students graduates with work experience





- Robust accounting fundamentals and working knowledge of Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS and financial statements.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books or Tally Prime is preferred.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn and ownership of assigned work.
- Candidates with work experience wit CA firms will be preferred.
