Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. Candidates with a minimum of 2 Years of experience in operating Cylindrical Grinding machines are eligible to apply. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of machine operations, quality inspection, and engineering drawings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CG machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any technical issues.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.




- Follow workplace safety guidelines and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and the production team for smooth operations.
- RequirementsMinimum 2Years of experience as a CG Machine Operator.
- ITI, Diploma, or any relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Valuable attention to detail and quality standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
