? About the Role

ACL Education is looking for a smart, confident, and student-friendly Admission Counsellor to join our team.

The role involves interacting with students and prospective learners, understanding their requirements, counselling them about suitable courses, handling enquiries, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable, patient, persuasive, and comfortable communicating with students and parents. ?

? Key Responsibilities

? Handle walk-in, phone, and prospective student enquiries.

? Conduct counselling sessions and understand students' learning requirements and goals.

? Explain our Spoken English, Communication Skills, and Personality Development courses clearly.

? Recommend suitable courses based on students' needs.

? Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.

? Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

? Coordinate with the Manager and team for smooth day-to-day operations.

? Build positive relationships with students and parents.





? Create a welcoming and professional experience for prospective students.

? Work towards assigned counselling/admission targets. ?

? Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply!

? Experience in counselling, admissions, sales, education, or customer interaction will be an added advantage.

⏰ Working Days & Shift Timings

? Working Days: 6 days a week

? Full-Time Shifts

? Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

? Evening Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

? Part-Time Shift

☀️ Part-Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

? Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
